Parkway Physical Therapy – Enhancing Patient Engagement Through Website Redesign
THE CHALLENGE
Parkway Physical Therapy, a clinic with over 30 years of experience in treating spine and extremity disorders, recognized the need for a modern, user-friendly website to better serve their patients. The existing site lacked intuitive navigation, compelling calls to action, and a responsive design that catered to mobile users. The clinic aimed to create a digital experience that reflected their expertise and commitment to patient care.
THE SOLUTION
I initiated the project by designing a clean, modern layout in Figma, focusing on user experience and mobile responsiveness. After finalizing the design, I developed the site using WordPress and the Divi Builder, allowing for easy content management and future scalability. The website features clear calls to action, informative content, and a design that aligns with the clinic’s brand identity. Key sections include services offered, patient testimonials, and resources for individuals seeking physical therapy.
THE RESULTS
The redesigned website successfully positions Parkway Physical Therapy as a trusted provider of physical therapy services. The new design enhances user engagement, facilitates easy navigation, and reflects the clinic’s commitment to supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey.
