THE CHALLENGE
Los Angeles Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (LACOMS) needed their approved Figma design custom-developed into WordPress, without relying on a page builder. The site required 6 doctor profile pages, 17+ procedure pages across jaw surgery and oral surgery categories, video testimonials, and a detailed patient intake/registration form with HIPAA-related consent handling, all serving multiple LA-area locations.
THE SOLUTION
- Custom-developed the site from scratch based on the approved Figma design, hand-coded rather than built on a page builder
- Built reusable templates for the 17+ procedure pages and 6 surgeon profile pages, keeping content structured and consistent
- Implemented a multi-field patient intake form with procedure selection, referral tracking, and SMS/HIPAA consent checkboxes
- Integrated video testimonials and patient story sections throughout the homepage
- Structured accordion-style expandable bios and service breakdowns for a clean, scannable layout
- Ensured full responsiveness and fast performance across all pages
