THE CHALLENGE
Liberty Health Services, a medical detox center in Derry, New Hampshire, needed a website that better reflected its standing as a premium facility offering compassionate, evidence-based addiction and detox services. Their old site was functional but did not visually convey the high standard of care, holistic approach, and comfort their facility offers. Navigation and user experience were not well optimized for prospective clients who are often in stressful situations and need clarity fast. Mobile responsiveness, easy access to service information, and trust-building elements (insurance info, service types, private rooms) were also lacking.
THE SOLUTION
I began by designing a fresh, soothing visual layout in Figma, emphasizing trust, comfort, and clarity through clean typography and a calm color palette. The structure was mapped to ensure essential information—detox programs, addiction treatment types, insurance details, contact options—were easy to find. I developed the site in WordPress (using a suitable builder/theme), making sure the backend would allow the Liberty Health team to update programs, blog posts, insurance partners, and contact forms without technical difficulty. Key features included responsive design, quick links to “Verify Insurance,” “Contact Us,” FAQs, and strong calls to action. The site was optimized for performance, mobile usability, and ease of navigation to make it simple for users to take the first step toward recovery.
THE RESULTS
Post-launch, the new site improved clarity for visitors, reduced bounce rates (especially on mobile), and made it much easier for people seeking help to understand the offerings and reach out. Visitors can now quickly verify whether their insurance is accepted, explore detox and treatment options, and contact the center. The emphasis on patient comfort and trust (private rooms, compassionate staff, holistic therapies) comes across clearly, helping reinforce Liberty Health’s brand credibility.
