THE CHALLENGE
Holt Law, a multi-state healthcare law firm serving physician-owned practices, MSOs, medical spas, and healthcare investors, needed their approved Figma design converted into a fully functional Elementor-built WordPress site. With a complex service structure — flat-fee growth projects, fractional legal counsel, and multiple distinct client segments (Healthcare, Business, Online) — the site required careful information architecture to guide different visitor types toward the right entry point, plus multi-step intake forms to qualify leads before booking a consultation.
THE SOLUTION
- Converted the approved Figma design into a fully responsive WordPress site using Elementor, matching the design’s layout, typography, and visual hierarchy precisely.
- Built a segmented service structure (Healthcare, Business, Online) with clear navigation paths so different visitor types could self-identify and find relevant content quickly.
- Developed a multi-step intake/contact form with conditional fields (location, practice area) to pre-qualify leads before they reach a discovery call.
- Structured reusable Elementor templates for practice area pages, entry project pages, and location pages — enabling fast content updates without rebuilding layouts.
- Optimized page speed and mobile responsiveness across content-heavy pages, including embedded testimonials, review widgets, and multiple location maps.
- Set up theme and content settings so the client’s team could update pricing, testimonials, and blog content independently.
THE RESULTS
- Delivered a site matching the Figma design precisely, maintaining consistent branding across every practice area and location page.
- Clear visitor segmentation improved navigation, helping different client types (healthcare operators, investors, MSOs) reach the right service page faster.
- Multi-step intake form improved lead quality by pre-qualifying visitors before they book a consultation.
- Improved site performance and mobile usability across a large, multi-location site structure.
- Enabled the client’s team to independently manage content updates, testimonials, and blog posts — reducing ongoing reliance on developer support.
